November 6-Erdinger Octoberfest

I know it is November but I found one more Octoberfest beer I wanted to try. The German beer I had tonight was from Erdinger and is called Octoberfest. Most beers with the name Ocktoberfest are Marzens. This beer was not dark but is cloudy and golden. This beer is much more of wheat beer than a Marzen. The name fooled me but I really glad I tried it.

Erdinger is brewed in Erdinger, Germany which is located outside Munich. It is the largest wheat beer brewery in the world. Oktoberfest contains 5.7% ABV. Very good.
