October 30, 2018 The Lottery and 1 Man’s Method of Winning Millions

The $1.6 billion lottery pot won by someone in Simpsonville SC reminded me of a story I read a while back about a man named Gerald Selbee in Michigan that figured out a way to win in their State Lottery over the years.
It was so successful he then began playing the Massachusetts Lottery. He won more than $27 million over the years.
