In our world of distractions and multi-tasking being attentive is not an easy state to arrive at. I know I am guilty of it more than I like to admit but our phones often become the killer of even a simple conversation.
Learning to give our undivided attention to others is big plus in becoming a great leader.

When we think about what we learn in school the lessons often center on writing, reading, mathematics, and thinking. The last skill of thinking requires us to be in a quiet environment. Attentiveness can be powerful in a lot of ways including being able to listen to our inner self.
