Each year the blog takes on a different focus. In 2019 the goal is for each post to bring you the reader a lesson, quote, message, or story that can help you grow.
I have a friend that tells me that some nights he goes to bed feeling just fine but he wakes up with all kind of strange aches and pains. He often wonders what he did the previous day to aggravate his body. He says his BODY TALKS to him but he doesn’t want to listen.
Sometimes getting out of bed may be a challenge but after a few steps and breakfast what ever was hurting him disappears.
Sometimes our bodies do talk to us but we rationalize that it is nothing to fret about. Here are a few conversations with your body you may want to take serious:
- A cough that won’t go away
- Hiccups that won’t go away
- You are always cold when no one else is
- Pain in your jaw
- Bleeding gums
- A taste in your mouth you would describe as weird
