Math has a lot of different words to master if you want to be good in that subject.
In my life encountered many leaders who exemplify what I can best describe as CONGRUENCE. I realize CONGRUENCE is a predominantly a math word to describe angles. Loosely translated in means equal in size and shape.
I like this word because the leaders I know exhibit harmony between what they say and do. This quality gives them creditability with the teams that they lead.
Being a leader doesn’t simply mean having a title or occupying a position. To be a leader, you don’t have to be the director, general manager, or supervisor. All you need is to be credible to the people you interact with.
I am far from perfect but the simple way to become credible is to keep your word. Strive for CONGRUENCE.
