Each year the blog takes on a different focus. In 2019 the goal is for each post to bring you the reader a lesson, quote, message, or story that can help you grow.
This is the week that many will contemplate new year’s resolutions involving some form of self-improvement that requires us to utilize self-REFLECTION.
Self-REFLECTION involves deliberate thinking about your behaviors, values, and beliefs. That deep thinking creates an evaluation of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual states. When we honestly engage in self-REFLECTION it can create an awareness that can help us map out a route to personal growth.
The simple analysis always comes back to the following, do our actions and habits line up with what we think we value.
We are all creatures of habit. Some of these habits are helpful and others are not. It’s good to be aware of your habits so you can actively weaken or eliminate the ones you don’t want and add or strengthen the ones you do want.
