Today is the first of the month so that means a new 30 Day Challenge. For December 2020 myself and others will be taken on a PHOTO Challenge. Excited that Jeff Neelon, Tina Bullard, Jackie Clark, Owen Thomas, Lee Scott, Arnold West, Patricia Fields, Rebecca Cummings, Linda Branch, and hopefully many others have decided to join in. This month the challenge hashtag #Coach4adayChallenge

The goal is to improve my skills as a photographer and maybe even an artist.

In late November I went to ICloud and realized I have taken 12,789 photos that are still stored on the cloud. I am quite confident that most of these picture are not well done. I need to better understand some fundamentals of taking a picture.

So I am going to take on a 30 Day PHOTO Challenge. I am calling it the #Coach4adayChallenge. The fascinating thing about this challenge is it can be done in a number of different ways. You can find a number of 30-day photography challenges online.

One way to take on this challenge is to take a different picture each day focusing on a specific daily subject.. For example Day 1-Self-Portrait-Day 2-Trees-Day 3-Clouds. Here is a link for that concept that includes the 30 Day checklist. Please note that there are many different checklists just keep looking to find one that interests you.

A second approach is to frame the PHOTO challenge on the Holiday season. Just take a daily PHOTO that conveys something about the December holidays to you.

A third suggestion is to go thru your PHOTOS you have on the cloud and pick one daily that maybe is pretty good. While you are looking maybe delete those bad ones.

If you want to share your daily PHOTO on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter just post using the #Coach4adayChallenge No need to explain unless you want to. No need to post a PHOTO unless you want to.

30 Day Challenges are not competitions unless you happen to be Jeff Neelon and Tina Bullard.

I will leave you with a picture I took on my IPhone July 25, 2015 of a farm in Schooley’s Mountain NJ.

Come join the challenge. Just type “I’m In” in the comments below.
