It has been my practice to use the 3rd of each month to feature what I call the “BLOG OF THE MONTH”. I profile a blog or twitter feed I follow and encourage you to explore it also.
For September the Blog I want to encourage you to follow is called Tips from Sharvi. It is a blog about self improvement and self care.
Sharvi is actually Sharvina and she is a pretty decorated award winning blogger. You can read more about Sharvi here.
I loved some of the concepts she profiled in a recent blog on how to Boost Your Productivity. In fact some of her recommendations are a key component of September’s 30 Day Challenge to create the Miracle Morning.
Sharvi totes the value of routine, exercise, planning, having a personalized process, assessment, and journaling. One of the values of following and reading other blogs and tweets is validation of your own techniques. Of course the second value is learning about new skills that can evolve into habits. Sharvi delivers on both counts.
